This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the Nestchill.com website, and forms an integral part of the purchase agreement for your order. We are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and hassle-free shipping services for all customers. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). Orders paid and successfully verified via our fraud check before 12:00 PM (Noon) US Pacific Time will enter the fulfillment process on the same day; orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
  • For custom-made or pre-order items, the processing time is subject to the production cycle stated on the product detail page, and is not bound by the standard processing timeline above.
  • In the event of payment anomalies, incomplete/incorrect shipping information, or insufficient inventory, we will notify you promptly via the email address provided with your order. Order processing time will be extended accordingly until the issue is resolved.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Services

We offer free standard shipping for all eligible orders, with no expedited or express shipping options available at this time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Eligible Coverage: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Shipping Benefit: 100% free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Contiguous 48 US states: 3-7 business days after shipment
    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses: 5-12 business days after shipment

International Shipping

  • Eligible Coverage: We provide international shipping to the following countries/regions: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan. For inquiries about shipping to countries/regions not listed here, please contact our customer service team for confirmation before placing your order.
  • Shipping Benefit: Free standard shipping on all international orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $129 USD or more.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days after shipment for all eligible international destinations.

Important Note: All delivery times listed above are estimated timelines provided by our logistics carriers, and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance, extreme weather, logistics capacity disruptions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Tax Rules

  • Free Shipping Coverage: Our free shipping benefit only covers the base standard shipping cost. It does not include remote area surcharges (if applicable), import duties, taxes, or other fees for international orders.
  • Remote Area Surcharges: For deliveries to extremely remote domestic or international locations, our logistics carrier may apply an additional remote area surcharge. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment, and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Placing an order confirms your agreement to pay any applicable surcharges.
  • Tax Disclosure:
    • US Domestic Orders: All order totals include applicable state and local sales tax, which is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • International Orders: Import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, and any other related taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nestchill.com is not obligated to prepay or cover these fees. If a package is refused, returned, seized, or destroyed by customs due to non-payment of these fees, the customer will be fully liable for all associated costs, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any penalties incurred.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided with your order within 24 hours. This email will include the name of our logistics carrier and a full tracking number, which you can use to check real-time delivery status on the carrier’s official website.
  • You can also view up-to-date tracking information directly via your Nestchill.com account order history page.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging of the parcel for damage and confirm the quantity of items matches your order before signing for receipt. If you authorize a third party (including a front desk, parcel locker, or neighbor) to accept the package on your behalf, their signature will be deemed as your confirmation of successful and undamaged delivery.
  • We are not liable for lost, returned, or damaged packages caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, invalid contact information, or failure to arrange for receipt of the package. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery or return due to these issues will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Exception Resolution

Delayed Shipments

  • If there is no valid tracking update for your package beyond the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team within 10 business days of shipment for US domestic orders, or within 20 business days of shipment for international orders. We will launch an official investigation with our logistics carrier on your behalf.
  • If the carrier confirms the delay is caused by non-force majeure factors and is not the fault of the recipient, we will provide you with appropriate resolution options. If the package is confirmed to still be in normal transit, we will assist you in escalating the issue with the carrier, and cannot process refund or reshipment requests at that time.

Lost, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Lost Packages: If the logistics carrier confirms the package is lost and cannot be recovered, we will offer you the choice of a free reshipment of the full order or a full refund of the order amount within 3 business days of confirmation.
  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged due to transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number, clear photos of all 6 sides of the unopened outer packaging, and clear photos of the damaged items. After verification, we will arrange a free reshipment, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive items that do not match your order, or if items are missing from your parcel, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. After verification, we will reship the correct/missing items free of charge, or process a full refund with return shipping covered by us.

6. International Shipping Special Terms

  • All cross-border orders must comply with the customs laws and regulations of the destination country. We will complete the required customs declaration for all international orders, including accurate product information and HS codes. You are responsible for ensuring that the items you purchase comply with the import requirements of your destination country. We are not liable for any packages seized, returned, or destroyed due to non-compliance with local import regulations, and all associated losses will be borne by the customer.
  • Customs inspection and clearance may cause delays to the estimated delivery time. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics carrier for any issues arising during customs clearance, but are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by changes in customs policies or mandatory inspections.
  • If an international package is returned to us due to the recipient’s refusal to accept delivery, non-payment of taxes/fees, or incorrect shipping information, we will process a refund for the cost of the items only after we receive and verify the returned package is in resellable condition. Original and return shipping fees, as well as any associated customs fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our shipping obligations caused by force majeure events. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.), public health emergencies, war, strikes, logistics carrier service disruptions, sudden changes to customs or trade policies, network system failures, and any other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances.

In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you promptly via site announcement or email, and will use our best efforts to assist in fulfilling your order. We will also provide you with available options including order retention or a full refund.

8. Policy Updates & Customer Support

  • We reserve the right to revise and update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time to align with changes to our operations, logistics services, or regulatory requirements. Updated policies will be posted on the Nestchill.com website and take effect on the date of posting. All orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy will be subject to the revised terms.
